ABOUT US Hakuba Hospitality Group (HHG) is comprised of a young and dynamic international team offering the largest portfolio of boutique hotels, premium chalets and apartments and international food & beverage outlets in prime locations throughout the Hakuba Valley. This winter, we will be operating a new boutique hotel in the heart of Happo Village that will be added to our range of venues that are open year-round. Owned by evo, a US outdoor experiences company, the hotel will feature 28 guest rooms, a coworking space, and a small cafe-bar in the lobby. The venue is expected to open its doors for guests in time for the 2024/2025 snow season. The new hotel will be added to our selection of accommodations that are available all year. THE ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Staff to join our team across diverse HHG properties situated within Happo One Resort. As a crucial member of our Housekeeping team, you will actively contribute to delivering outstanding guest service, upholding cleanliness and order, and ensuring an enjoyable stay for our patrons. The ideal candidate will exhibit effective communication, an inviting and approachable attitude, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment. HOUSEKEEPING STAFF DUTIES - Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are inviting and well-prepared. Restock amenities and essentials for guest comfort. - Hygiene Standards: Adhere to stringent cleanliness and sanitation practices to create a safe and healthy environment. Follow established protocols for handling and disposing of waste. - Linen Care: Handle and replace linens, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged. Coordinate with laundry services to maintain a steady supply of fresh linens. - Guest Service Excellence: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing their needs courteously.
