Snowsports Manager

You'll also manage the Guide Sales & Rental Specialist team to optimize sales & guest gear fit out. The Hotel Manager oversees the overall day today operations of hotels in Niseko. They are responsible for ensuring smooth operations and maximum profit by supervising staff, improving standard operational procedures, liaising with various departments for marketing, maintenance, and coordinating with the Sales and Marketing team to develop strategies for business growth. Collaborate with the Guest Services Supervisor for consistent procedures and communication. Ensure timely coordination of customers in our pick up and drop off zones. Promptly report and address vehicle accidents and damage. Train, inspire, and guide our driver team daily. Be the go-to person for driver staff inquiries.
