Night Front Desk Supervisor will oversee the daily night hotel operation, working with the Front Office team to provide the best hospitality experience for owners and guests in Setsu Niseko. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily shift of front desk operation, acting as a duty manager, patrolling the hotel, handling emergencies at night, resolving any owners and guests related issues, monitoring performance of staff, providing feedback, coaching and training as required, ensuring a safe working environment, and creating a happy working environment. The role is flexible and requires adaptation to changing market conditions and operational constraints. The position reports to the Setsu Niseko Front Desk Manager.
