Sales Manager

You will be in charge of the sales organization for automobile and industrial spring manufacturing equipment and automation systems for clients primarily in major spring manufacturers. Specific responsibilities include formulating sales strategies, developing organizational strategies, and managing team members. In this role, you will work alongside the technical department to manage progress from trial consideration to delivery adjustments and estimation creation based on customer orders. You will handle approximately 20 clients each, focusing on major spring manufacturers across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and China.
