Asian Izakaya Kitchen Staff

This Asian izakaya welcomes inexperienced candidates, providing manuals, slow-paced training, and an open kitchen environment. Japanese language skills at a basic conversational level are sufficient, and the company is open to supporting language learning, with foreign staff members already part of the team. The job offers an hourly wage starting from ¥1,200 going up to ¥1,500, with the possibility of an increase bi-annually. Working shifts are flexible, requiring a minimum of 4 hours a day for 2 days a week, and full-time positions are open as well. Additional benefits include makanai (staff meals) at no cost, a staff discount for other company stores, opportunities for full-time employment with a monthly salary starting at ¥230,000, and career progression.
