Why don't you learn about sushi in Ginza, the home of sushi restaurants, and become a chef too? We are looking for someone who has worked as a cook and is willing to learn sushi and Japanese. Our Japanese staff can speak simple English. As we have a lot of foreign visitors, you will have many opportunities to use various skills. There is no manual for how to handle each individual fish or customer; our top chefs are flexible and adapt to each unique situation, and this is something we will help you learn. Work duties include preparing sushi, cleaning, handling cooking equipment, and gradually learning to work with knives. We do not have a chain store-style manual because all ingredients and customers are unique. We support learning, store openings, and gaining experience at other locations. Let's work hard together!
