We are looking for someone to handle accounting and finance operations for our overseas subsidiaries, including North America and the Philippines, in our Accounting & Tax department. 【Details】 ■Consideration of the accounting system for overseas subsidiaries ■Construction and operation of accounting operations for overseas subsidiaries ■Other planning and responses related to the accounting and finance of overseas subsidiaries You will be responsible for initiating and operating the accounting practices for overseas subsidiaries alongside current members leading overseas accounting.

Qualifications

Practical experience in overseas accounting (preferred)

Experience with internet banking at overseas banks (USA or Philippines)

Experience in overall settlement operations (creation of journal entries, bookkeeping, etc.)

Experience with QuickBooks

Management experience of the Philippine subsidiary

Requirements

Experience in accounting (domestic/overseas is not a concern): Management of self-issued invoices, management of employee expense reimbursements and payments, preparation for payments to suppliers, preparation for salary and bonuses, creation and submission of internal documents and invoices.

PC skills (Google Spreadsheet and Excel)

Business-level English proficiency (email communication with local subsidiaries)
