Guest Service Specialist (year-round)

Hakuba Hospitality Group, owned by evo, operates in the Hakuba Valley with a portfolio including boutique hotels, premium chalets, apartments, and international food & beverage outlets. This winter, we are opening a new boutique hotel with 28 guest rooms, coworking space, and a cafe-bar. As a Guest Service Specialist, your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, managing bookings, check-in and check-out processes, concierge services, resolving guest issues, managing guest accounts, coordinating amenities and services, and processing payments. You will also support bar and cafe operations. This is a full-time, year-round position with subsidized accommodation, a free meal per shift, local discounts, various shift patterns, and team social activities.

Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Japan and are preferred to have a Japanese or international license.
