Cleaning staff

Our resort hotel, located just a 5-minute walk from the station, is actively hiring foreign staff. With a team composed of various nationalities, including Vietnamese, Nepalese, and Filipinos, beginners in Japanese are welcome and can comfortably join our inclusive environment. Our staff-friendly benefits include a system for salary increase, depending on your efforts, and we support inexperienced recruits with close-knit staff and training. Meals are available with more than 15 types to choose from at employee discounts. Shift systems range from 9:00 to 15:00, 9:00 to 17:00, 17:00 to 22:00, 18:00 to 23:00, and 22:00 to 5:00, with flexible schedules catered to your availability, including night shifts. Working days can range from 2 to 5 days a week, with weekend-only shifts also available. We welcome international students, permanent residents, long-term residents, and their spouses. Cleaning Staff

Foreigners are welcome! Students are welcome! No experience required! Work at a clean hotel. Work with a basic level of Japanese (Equivalent to N4) is welcome. You won't need to use difficult Japanese at work. Vietnamese people are actively participating. High hourly wage/high income. Women are actively participating. No age restrictions. Job duties include cleaning hotel guest rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning toilets, replenishing amenities, changing linens, vacuuming, etc. Even if you have no experience, we will teach you thoroughly, so please rest assured.

Breakfast Staff (Restaurant & Hall)

The restaurant opens at 7 a.m. and provides a buffet mainly for hotel guests. Responsibilities include everything from preparation for opening, customer reception, food addition and refills, to arranging the hall. There is no cashier accounting or order taking. The kitchen staff serve food until the store opens, and also assist with washing up. Cooperating together, the team ensures smooth operations daily.

Amenity and Refrigerator Supplier/Inspector

Hotel New Otani (Tokyo) has three hotels with different concepts on its premises: The Executive, The Main, and New Otani Garden Tower. To support a comfortable stay at Hotel New Otani, the role involves refilling and managing guest room amenities and refrigerator products, and inspecting the entire guest room. As an amenity refrigerator supplier, you will check the refrigerator in the guest room, refill drinks, mini bars, and snacks, and check expiration dates. You will also be responsible for amenities around the refrigerator such as paper napkins and wine openers. As an inspector, you will confirm cleaning, quality control, maintain management of guest rooms and equipment, and inspect the entire guest room. The work is primarily done in guest rooms where customers are not present, so there is not much customer service frequency. The working hours are 7.5 hours a day between 9:00 and 18:30, 5 days a week, with flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts as well as negotiations for 3 days a week or short working hours.

客室清掃 (Hotel Room Cleaning Staff)

We offer a starting hourly wage of 1,200 yen (1,150 yen during training). You can work from 2 days a week for 4.5 hours a day. After 6 months and 1 year of employment, there is a bonus of 5,000 yen (with company initiation). Our team has foreign staff from more than 10 countries, and we provide training in Nepalese and English. The work involves cleaning hotel rooms, with performance-based rewards available.
