Job Description: - General restaurant duties in the hotel restaurant - Serving dishes, clearing tables, providing drinks, standby, cleaning, taking orders, replenishing food, etc. - Primarily buffet style, but may also be responsible for course meals according to the situation - If responsible for course meals, hourly wage can be negotiated Working Hours: - 5:30 to 10:30 or 17:30 to 22:00 (split shifts) - 11:00 to 22:00 (continuous) - 14:00 to 23:00 (continuous) - 5:00 to 22:00 (approximately 8 hours of actual work) Holidays: More than 4 days off per month (may vary depending on circumstances) Benefits: - Free accommodation in a newly built dormitory - Meals provided - Free water and utilities - Round-trip transportation costs covered according to regulations - Car can be brought - Wi-Fi available - Advance salary payment system - Free lift tickets (during winter only) - Facility discounts - Uniform provided - Employee cafeteria: 315 yen per meal (deducted from salary)
