The main duties include customer service at the hotel front desk, handling accommodation reservations, booking through phone and internet, entering data on the computer, and providing information to guests. Requirements: - Language requirements: Must speak Mandarin (Standard), English, or Korean - Japanese: N2 level or above, business level - Friendly and smiling attitude - Basic computer skills - Long-term commitment is welcome - No educational background is required; inexperienced applicants are welcome Working hours: Shift work (early shifts, late shifts, and night shifts available, 8 hours of actual work) - Early shift: 7:00 - 16:00, 8:00 - 17:00 - Late shift: 13:00 - 22:00, 14:00 - 23:00 - Night shift: 22:00 - 7:00 the next day, 23:00 - 8:00 the next day Salary: Monthly salary ranging from 208,000 yen to 246,000 yen Bonus given twice a year based on performance Benefits: - Full transportation reimbursement - Complete social insurance - System for promoting to full-time employee - Training program available
