In a stable employment environment with a major Japanese dispatch company, you will engage in administrative roles at large corporations. Specific tasks include data entry and aggregation using a PC, document preparation, invoice organization, accounting assistance, handling phone calls and emails, and support for order management. You will be assigned to diverse roles such as HR administration, general affairs, accounting, trade, finance, English administration, reception, accounting assistant, and administrative assistant, based on your preferences. Additionally, the contracting companies offer comprehensive disaster compensation and good welfare benefits. Especially for new employees, a training program is provided to ensure安心 (peace of mind). Employment status is full-time, with a monthly salary starting from 172,000 yen (depending on work location). Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 with a 60-minute break, and average overtime is about 1 to 10 hours. Holidays include weekends, public holidays, year-end and New Year breaks, paid leave, and parental/care leave, allowing for a fulfilling private life while working. Job requirements include an advanced level of Japanese (business level) and typing skills, but there are no special qualifications or experience required. Preferred candidates will have experience in office work, sales, or customer service at call centers. The selection process involves application followed by a web interview and then an offer.
