The main task is general administrative work related to foreign intellectual property cases. 【Details】You will carry out the following tasks using both Japanese and English: ■ Administrative support related to intellectual property requests from and to Japan, ■ Management of various deadlines for foreign and Japanese cases, ■ Support for communication within the office, including support for patent attorneys/technicians for foreign and Japanese cases, ■ Preparation of documents (in Japanese and English) to be submitted to domestic and foreign patent offices, ■ Creation of emails and letters for foreign agents, correspondence with foreign agents, ■ Creation of emails and letters for domestic clients, correspondence with domestic clients, ■ Response to inquiries from domestic and foreign parties regarding estimates, system content, and procedural methods.
