Administrative - Sales Assistant/Clerical/Receptionist
To strengthen back-office operations, we are currently seeking to hire an Assistant Administrative position. You will be responsible for communication with our head office in Germany and various overseas bases, assisting department heads, preparing documents, checking and translating texts, and various arrangements. Internal communication is conducted in Japanese, while English is used for correspondences with the German headquarters and other overseas offices. You will support the work of the department head as their assistant. This is a role that allows you to utilize your language skills! You will be in contact with overseas bases in Germany, Thailand, and more, making use of your language skills including English!
