As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for acquiring job seekers (gaining new registrants to our company's database), conducting consultation meetings for job changes, and following up with existing registrants. After this initial phase, you will participate in meetings with client companies with seniors and supervisors from your team to learn about actual job listings, gaining training until you become a consultant (promotion expected in about 6 months to 1 year). Main Responsibilities: - Gaining new registrants (Candidate Sourcing) - Following up with existing registrants (Candidate Update) - Training to become a consultant Scope for change in duties: None
