Team Overview: You will join the Consumption & Insights Generation team, which is part of the Central Data & Analytics organization within our Chief Technology Office. This team focuses on creating a seamless analytics experience by harnessing data and interactive analytics across our enterprise, spanning scientific/clinical to commercial aspects globally. Job Responsibilities: - Support divisional teams in enabling use cases and conducting business Proof of Concepts (PoCs). - Drive platform adoption across divisions. - Collaborate with the product owner on the entire product lifecycle. - Work with cross-functional teams on platform integrations, technical PoCs, and deliver robust solutions. - Administer product platform and contribute to the general framework definition. - Conduct continuous product discovery to grasp user needs and develop solutions. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience focusing on business intelligence and data analytics. - Proficiency in visual analytics tools and technologies. - Technical background in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields. - Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying. - Organized and confident individual with excellent communication skills, able to establish credibility with various stakeholders efficiently. - Strong problem-solving capabilities, able to work independently with a passion for utilizing data-driven insights for business outcomes. Nice to Have: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Spotfire, Qlik Sense, Power BI). - Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Databricks). - Proficiency in Python for data processing. - Certifications in Cloud technologies or strong understanding of AWS services. - Previous experience in life sciences and Pharma domains.
