Business Controller

As a business controller for our company, you will collaborate with the planning personnel of various business and operational divisions, promoting performance management activities at the corporate level together with your team. 1 Day Selection Meeting: Interview and aptitude test on 10/2 (Wed) ■ Development and Analysis of Sales Forecasts: Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and analyze them in comparison with actual data. ■ Cost Accounting and Cost Management: Review cost accounting for products and analyze cost variances such as raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead. ■ Management of Selling, General and Administrative Expenses: Create budgets for promotional activities and general management operations, then analyze the efficiency of the implemented promotional activities and operations. ■ Risk Management: Identify risks associated with changes in business processes and external environments and devise countermeasures for those risks.
