This position is for the Business Manager Candidate of a career support business for doctors utilizing a platform with approximately half of the domestic doctors (170,000) participating. Specifically... ■Creation of mid-term business plans, strategy formulation, P/L design in the 0→1, 1→10 business phase ■Formulation of business strategies and roadmaps based on market research and competitive analysis ■Interdepartmental coordination and project progress management ■Building relationships with key customers and partners ■Monitoring business progress and planning/executing improvement measures ■Construction of business operation flow ■Setting KGI/KPI, etc.

Qualifications

Experience in creating mid-term business plans and 3-year P/L

Experience in formulating management plans and budget management

Experience in personnel planning and organization building based on business plans

Experience in promoting business involving multiple stakeholders across functions, both internally and externally

Requirements

Experience leading business as a business manager

Experience making decisions in policies such as 0→1 or pivot

Experience in strategy formulation and execution based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis
