In the agricultural DX venture, you will be responsible for developing management strategies and contributing to the launch and expansion of new businesses. This position supports the organization’s further growth in collaboration with the management team. - Formulate management plans and create action plans for execution. - Propose recommendations and concrete action plans to promote and expand business strategies in cooperation with the management team. - Analyze organizational issues and propose improvements. - Support planning and launching new businesses. - Formulate and execute overseas strategies. - Create reports for the management team. - Develop business plans and consider investment opportunities. - Analyze markets, competitors, and market trends. - Assist in formulating and executing financial strategies.
