This is a position responsible for planning and policy formulation for the business support organization for employees with disabilities, including assignment, supervision, labor management, evaluation, and development, with the expectation of serving as a representative when establishing a special subsidiary in the future. **Responsibilities** - Management of recruitment and onboarding processes for employees with disabilities. - Support for the business operations of employees with disabilities and follow-up on job adaptation. - Collaborate with various departments to improve the work environment according to the needs of employees with disabilities. - Plan and implement in-house training on employment for people with disabilities. - Support the career development and performance evaluation of employees with disabilities. - Coordinate and share information with internal and external related organizations. - Plan systems and revise regulations to create an environment where employees with disabilities can thrive.
