Construction General Manager (RC/S Structure)

Due to business expansion, you will be entrusted with all operations related to construction management (safety, quality, process, and budget management) for RC and S construction. We expect you to work as a candidate for the next construction department manager. Specifics: - Overall management (safety, quality, process, and budget management) for all sites in Tohoku, North Kanto, and the metropolitan area (RC and S structures) - Management of after-sales service for past projects Retirement System/Employment System: There is a retirement age of 60, but those over 60 can also be accepted as contract employees. Contracts are renewed annually.
