Construction Management

Visa support available for this position. Individuals with no experience are welcome, and qualification acquisition support is provided. Individuals seeking long-term employment in a stable company or those interested in construction management are encouraged to apply. You will be present at the site managing processes and safety. There are field jobs as well as office-based positions. Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime is at most 10 hours per month. Even first-time users are welcomed! Inexperienced individuals will have colleagues to teach them, so there's no need to worry. There is always a salary increase each year, and the company covers all costs associated with obtaining a construction management engineer qualification, including transportation expenses, textbook fees, ID photo fees, etc. The company actively employs foreigners, including Vietnamese staff! We offer a complete two-day workweek, closed on weekends and holidays, with almost no overtime, allowing you to cherish your private life. Transfer leave can also be taken. Job content includes communication with people from other departments. Honesty and seriousness are required, along with a regular driver's license (AT only) and basic CAD operation skills. Spousal allowance (10,000 yen/month) and child allowance (10,000 yen/month) are available to head of households only.
