You will also be responsible for managing various metrics as a manager or specialist. Expected Role: You will manage and maintain the database while holding weekly meetings in English with the headquarters in Italy. Additionally, you will understand customers and their needs from the data and support customer acquisition and retention. You will be tasked with planning events that enhance customer satisfaction and help build long-term positive relationships. This will be an important role connecting the upstream with the headquarters in Italy and the downstream with domestic stores.
