As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will serve as the point of contact from the new hiring phase to mass production, providing quality-related support. Responsibilities include creating and managing customer submission documents (delivery specifications and certification documents), collaborating with internal teams (Taiwan headquarters quality assurance department, sales, technical sales department) to ensure customer satisfaction through quality management, promoting continuous quality improvement, coordinating and supporting audits at headquarters in Taiwan and subcontractor factories, and performing PCN risk management and CCN (non-defective product analysis and reporting) in collaboration with headquarters and various departments.
