Through communication with clients in medical institutions, you will promote the DX of operations related to clinical trials. You will plan and implement measures in collaboration with other departments such as sales and development, not just within the customer success department. The job includes supporting proposal activities as a pre-sales in meetings with sales, actively communicating with clients after product implementation to gather information on current issues, achievement of goals at the time of introduction, and requests. You will organize and analyze the collected information and make additional proposals to clients based on it, as well as organizing and planning function improvements and new business proposals. Sharing client information with other teams, planning and implementing customer satisfaction evaluations, and planning and operating user communities and exhibitions/seminars, etc. The company develops and provides applications and cloud services that manage documents and content related to clinical research and clinical trials.
