You will be part of a team providing user support in both English and Japanese after the release of major games. Responsible for guiding users about the cause of troubles and countermeasures (mainly via email), and reporting to the client and making improvement proposals as a team leader. Specifically, the role includes answering questions from operators, managing client negotiations, managing attendance of operators, overall progress management, business improvements, and managing sales and profits. After joining, you will first undergo a basic training for about one month to learn about the outline of your assigned area and the internal systems. You will start by managing a team of 5 to 10 operators and gradually take on more managerial duties.
