■ You will be responsible for customer support and shipping processing in providing Wi-Fi routers and SIM cards to foreigners living in Japan. ■ Handle inquiries about products (email/chat/telephone). Confirm changes of lodging and address, usability and communication speed of overseas models in Japan, and return methods. Respond to about 50 emails and 20 chats per day. Work in cooperation with other employees and part-time staff. ■ In addition to handling via email and chat, you will also provide product handovers and SIM card setup support in person to customers visiting the office.
