You will be responsible for the overall employment support of employees with disabilities at Medley. You will be involved in assigning and supervising tasks for employees with disabilities, labor management, evaluation, and development, while each responsible organization will handle detailed reviews of the job contents. 【Roles you will be responsible for】 ■ Management of the recruitment and onboarding process for employees with disabilities ■ Support for the work of employees with disabilities and follow-up on work adaptation ■ Collaborate with various departments to improve the work environment according to the needs of employees with disabilities ■ Planning and implementation of in-house training regarding the employment of people with disabilities ■ Support for career development and performance evaluation of employees with disabilities ■ Collaboration and information sharing with related organizations both inside and outside the company ■ Planning systems and revising regulations to create an environment where employees with disabilities can thrive, among other tasks.
