Position: English Conversation Concierge (Full-time, New Graduates) Salary: Starting from 210,000 yen/month Location: b わたしの英会話 schools (5-18, Maruyama-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) Working Days and Hours: 8 hours shift system Weekdays: 12:40 PM to 10:00 PM, Weekends and Holidays: 9:40 AM to 7:00 PM Job Description: In addition to conducting trial lessons, you will hear customers' needs and collaborate with foreign instructors to propose optimal lesson content. Responsibilities also include customer support and regular counseling. You will actively participate in marketing support and event planning, creating new services based on customer feedback. Required Skills and Experience: Strong communication skills with customers and a desire for personal growth. Basic English conversation skills are necessary. No experience is welcome. A predominantly female workplace with robust systems for maternity leave and more.
