Job Title: English Instructor / English Conversation School Operations Main Duties: - Teaching: English grammar classes (1 class of 1-6 students), EIKEN administration (exam operations), student consultations (learning advice and counseling), parent communication (meetings, phone calls, administrative communication, etc.) - School operations: Student recruitment (advertisement and sales), coordinating and following up with foreign native instructors, human resources (class assignment and labor management), accounting (sales and expense management), event management Required Qualifications and Skills: - Application Qualifications: EIKEN Level 2 or higher or TOEIC score of 600 or higher, completion of a four-year university or equivalent overseas university - Preferred Conditions: Interest in education, desire to work using English, willingness to work with foreigners, having a mentor, wanting to help others, interest in management positions Skills to be Acquired: - English proficiency, teaching skills, explanation skills, presentation skills, communication skills, marketing skills, basic knowledge of accounting and HR management, development skills Work Environment: - Annual Leave: 125 days (mainly Sundays and Mondays off, with GW, summer, and winter vacations) - Number of days off for FY2024: GW 9 days, summer 13 days, winter 11 days, 2 three-day weekends (including designated paid leave) Benefits: - Qualification allowances: Monthly allowances for EIKEN and bookkeeping based on levels - Qualification acquisition encouragement system: Rewards and commemorative gifts based on point systems - Custom-made suit purchasing system - Retirement benefits and company pension system Kogakusha Co., Ltd. is currently seeking individuals for English instructor and English conversation school operations.
