Main Responsibilities & Duties Instructors at KDI and i Kids Star teach a bilingual curriculum that integrates English, Japanese, and Physical Education, focusing on a wide range of subjects. Teachers are encouraged to customize lessons and engage students through various activities, including Sports, Phonics, and Arts. Teachers accompany students in all activities and are expected to act as professional representatives of their countries. Job Requirements ・Are Native English Speakers ・Have at least a 2-Year Associates Degree or Valid Working Visa ・Are independently creative and adaptable ・Must be team-oriented, passionate, and enthusiastic about teaching ・Prior experience with children preferred *High fluency and pronunciation skills required. All positions offer starting salaries between ¥250,000 to ¥270,000 based on experience, including comprehensive initial training, paid leave, health insurance, and visa support. Ideal candidates should possess at least a 2-Year Associates Degree, be native English speakers, and have a strong passion for working with children.
