EIFJ, Tokyo’s only English-French-Japanese International School, is seeking a primary school teacher to start between January and September 2025. The school serves a diverse community of students from kindergarten through middle school and includes an international nursery. We are supported by the AEFE and have a Certificate of Compliance from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, enabling government subsidies. Responsibilities include: - Taking charge of a kindergarten or elementary class for 24 teaching hours per week. - Preparing lessons and implementing projects according to the school’s curriculum. Qualifications Required: - Licensed or certified homeroom English language teachers - IB Coordinators with experience in coordinating the IB framework - Experience teaching in kindergarten, elementary, and/or junior high school - Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate framework and the French Ministry curriculum is preferred. Human Qualities Required: - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit. Contract Type, Compensation, and Benefits: - Part-time (29.5 hours per week maximum) or full-time positions (40 hours), with benefits based on experience and qualifications.
