Facilities Design Engineer
As a building facility specialist, you will implement and design wireless power supply systems for overseas building construction and lead the actual construction with contractors. This role does not include modifications to existing buildings. Responsibilities: Project management related to overseas construction in the building management business, customer support as an expert in overseas building facilities (especially HVAC), solution and product development, delivery improvements, reading and drafting construction and equipment drawings using CAD, creating installation work plans, managing QCD, and collaborating with various internal departments. Practical experience related to building equipment and equipment design work
Experience in building management/property management/asset management
Experience creating design (or construction) drawings using CAD
Business-level English proficiency
