You will provide technical support to clients who have introduced our products. Specific responsibilities: - Setup during delivery - Technical support - Maintenance - Correspondence with domestic client technical department representatives - Correspondence with overseas manufacturers and technical departments (mainly via email) - Domestic and international travel: destinations may include Italy, Germany, and various Southeast Asian countries You will also handle daily emails with overseas clients and conduct online meetings in English with three parties involved in each project.
