Assistant Store Manager

In this position, you will be involved in overall store operations as the assistant store manager of AFURI's only resort hotel dining 'AFURI ramen + dumpling Yuki Niseko' located within the Hotel Yuki Niseko in Hokkaido's Niseko area. Your responsibilities will include kitchen and floor operations, cooking and prep tasks (final adjustments to soup and plating, mainly simple tasks), cast management, management and ordering of various positions (hall & bar, kitchen), and assisting the store manager (giving instructions and acting in their absence). The company operates restaurants with a total employee count of 50.

In addition to your managerial duties, you may also be required to assist with food and beverage service, bar operations, and other related tasks. Managers will also be scheduled for morning shifts.

We are looking for an experienced staff for the winter season from December 2024 to the end of March 2025. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, clearing away dishes, and taking menu orders. Conversational Japanese (N3) is required; beginners are welcome if they can communicate, as there are staff who can speak English.
