The Niseko Company is the premiere accommodation provider in Niseko with an extensive portfolio of the finest luxury chalets in the area. Tasks include guest check-in & check-out procedures, answering office telephones, liaising with property owners and guests via email, processing of payments, keeping the office facilities clean and presentable, and organization of guest optional services.

Front Staff

We are looking for someone to help us create a new inn in Shinjuku! The front office duties include check-in, check-out, phone response, email replies, responding to reviews, and providing tourist information. Other responsibilities may include reservation management, creating shifts, monthly processing, planning events and accommodation plans, managing social media, and facility management, tailored to your personal characteristics. You can enhance a variety of skills beyond just front office work, including promotional activities using social media, planning interior arrangements, and if you are interested in numbers, sales management and reservation management, in a flat environment regardless of experience.
