Restaurant & Bar Manager Winter Season

Hakuba Hospitality Group (HHG) is comprised of a young and dynamic international team offering the largest portfolio of boutique hotels, premium chalets and apartments and international food & beverage outlets in prime locations throughout the Hakuba Valley. This season we will be operating 50 chalets and apartments, 4 hotels, 9 Food & Beverage outlets and 1 travel agency. All HHG properties are located in the three villages surrounding the Olympic Happo One Resort: Happo, Echoland, and Wadano. We are currently seeking experienced Restaurant & Bar Managers to join our team at various venues within Happo One Resort. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at one of our 9 establishments, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and creating a delightful dining experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In addition to your managerial duties, you may also be required to assist with food and beverage service, bar operations, and other related tasks. Managers will also be scheduled for morning shifts.

Owner Relations

Overseeing a complex consisting of 79 privately owned luxury apartments, the AYA Niseko owner relations team supports apartment owners by providing timely assistance, support, and an active responsiveness to owner questions, concerns, and needs. The responsibilities include providing warm greetings/farewells, handling owners check in/check out procedures, managing owners payments, acting as the main point of reference for owners who need assistance or information, tailoring their stays to their requirements, providing personalized solutions and recommendations, managing property related duties, and providing pick-up and drop-off services for owners.

Front Desk

Not only providing seamless Check In and Check out, the Front Desk team assists guests with all accommodation and in-house amenities requests. Operate 24 hours ready to provide luxury services to meet our guest needs and exceed their expectations. Key responsibilities include providing warm greetings/farewells during check-in and check-out, handling guest check-in/out procedures, payments, issues, and assisting with guest requests. The role also involves luggage and parcels handling, maintaining cleanliness of working areas, participation in department projects, and training, as well as interdepartmental communication.

As a Line Chef, you will prepare ingredients, assemble dishes according to recipes and menu specifications, work seamlessly on the kitchen line, execute cooking techniques, pay close attention to order details, keep your workstation clean, communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff, and participate in quality checks. We offer an hourly wage from ¥1,600, subsidized accommodation from ¥30,000/month, a free meal per shift, discounts on local restaurants and rental shops, a variety of shift patterns, and team social activities.

Staff Accommodation Manager

Hakuba Hospitality Group (HHG) is comprised of a young and dynamic international team offering the largest portfolio of boutique hotels, premium chalets and apartments and international food & beverage outlets in prime locations throughout the Hakuba Valley. This season we will be housing our staff in 10 different lodges located in the Happo Village and Wadano Woods areas. As the staff accommodation manager, you will primarily act as the point of contact for all staff accommodation-related matters, and will be the liaison between staff and management. You will be assisting with ensuring that the staff accommodations are meeting cleanliness and safety standards. The managers are responsible for ensuring that each accommodation is stocked with basic necessities like toilet paper and cleaning supplies. You will also run the famous Chu-Pong competition held at our very own crew bar.

Driver Winter Season

As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and punctual transportation of guests around the Hakuba Valley. The role includes maintaining vehicle cleanliness, assisting with property checks and maintenance, and ensuring a guest-focused experience. Room Inspector

The Room Inspector at Tokyu Resort & Stay is responsible for maintaining the hotel to the best possible state in terms of cleanliness, and keeping it at a highly desirable ambiance. Responsibilities include conducting room inspection following the standard to ensure readiness for guests, maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness for guest areas, scheduling guest cleaning types, ensuring cleanliness of amenities and linens, using proper chemicals and tools for safe cleaning, assisting the housekeeping team, updating cleaning reports, communicating room status and guest requests to the front desk, attending to guest inquiries about room amenities, and reporting damages to the maintenance team.
