The job involves simple cooking and plating, and while prior experience is preferred, those interested in cooking are welcome and will be meticulously trained. This is an ideal opportunity for those interested in Edomae sushi but without experience. The staff accommodation is very conveniently located in the center of Hirafu, making after-work activities accessible and enjoyable. The staff meals are lavish and delicious, and very popular among the staff. English is not required for this position.
