Hall Staff

A world-famous winter resort in Niseko, this is a hall job at a high-class sushi restaurant in Hokkaido Niseko Hotel. We are looking for an experienced staff for the winter season from December 2024 to the end of March 2025. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, clearing away dishes, and taking menu orders. Conversational Japanese (N3) is required; beginners are welcome if they can communicate, as there are staff who can speak English. The restaurant has certain features such as learning Michelin-starred techniques, hosting over 70% foreign customers, catering to VIPs, wealthy individuals, and celebrities, and being identified as a high-end traditional Edomae sushi restaurant. Training will be provided, and there is strong support from staff.

The Reservations Team is responsible for ensuring our guests have a wonderful and memorable experience, from the minute they book their Niseko holiday, through to their journey home. The successful candidate will be joining a team, taking initial booking inquiries through to allocating properties and booking guest services.
