Winter Seasonal Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, Snow Clearing/Maintenance

Midtown Niseko is seeking seasonal workers for various positions during the winter season from November 2024 to March 2025. The roles include Front Desk, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance/Snow Clearing. These positions come with an hourly wage of ¥1500 to ¥1600 and require varying levels of experience in hospitality and communication skills in English and Japanese. Additional benefits include full social and employment welfare insurance, subsidized accommodation with utilities and Wi-Fi, access to an on-site fitness center, personalized ski passes, various discounts, transportation allowances, and paid overtime.

Winter Seasonal Front Desk Duty Manager

The duty manager will oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and ensure that the team works together to create a memorable stay at Setsu Niseko by providing high quality of service. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily shift of front office operations, being the first point of supervisory level contact to resolve any owners and guests related issues, creating and ensuring a happy and safe working environment, communicating closely with tenants for smooth daily operations, and adapting to operational challenges with flexibility.
