Education Officer for Overseas Business in Thailand

As an education officer for the rehabilitation center currently operating in Thailand, you will be assigned to work in Thailand. You will primarily reside in Thailand. The primary role is in sales, and proficiency in English for seamless communication is desired. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for Japanese traditional culture. The first floor specializes in knife sales, while the second floor is dedicated to Japanese sake. The 2nd branch is situated in a highly trafficked area near Senso-ji Temple. The 3rd branch is situated close to the main store, on the Kappabashi street. Regarding compensation: A compensation of ¥3000 will be paid to those who do not pass the first day of trial. If you do pass the trial, you will enter a training period, the hourly wage is 1200 Yen (the duration of training depends on your learning pace, with fast learners completing it in 2 weeks). The base salary ranges from 1300 to 1500 Yen per hour, depending on your understanding of knives and your contribution to the overall store. Fast learners can reach the maximum hourly wage within 2-3 months. After working with us for 3-6 months, we provide full-time employment and visa sponsorship. All benefits comply with Japanese labor laws, including paid holidays and bonuses three times a year, making our overall package more favorable than traditional companies.
