Cleaning Staff

Communication in Japanese will involve greetings at managed properties with a smile, explaining work and giving instructions to the team leader. Number of cases per day range from approximately 13 to 20, with some properties managed for refuse collection only. Time required is approximately 15-40 minutes per building and the work area includes Itabashi, Nerima, Wako, Toshima Ward, Asaka City.

Sales Assistant

You will utilize your English skills while exchanging information with human resource consultants (many of whom are foreign nationals). Your tasks include sending scout emails to candidates that match the client's hiring targets and scheduling career interviews with our human resource consultants. Specifically, you will listen to the hiring targets from internal consultants, research candidates and send scout emails (template available), coordinate interview schedules between candidates and consultants, follow up with candidates (by phone or email), and assist in training new employees.
