To support a comfortable stay at Hotel New Otani, the role involves refilling and managing guest room amenities and refrigerator products, and inspecting the entire guest room. As an amenity refrigerator supplier, you will check the refrigerator in the guest room, refill drinks, mini bars, and snacks, and check expiration dates. You will also be responsible for amenities around the refrigerator such as paper napkins and wine openers. As an inspector, you will confirm cleaning, quality control, maintain management of guest rooms and equipment, and inspect the entire guest room. The work is primarily done in guest rooms where customers are not present, so there is not much customer service frequency. The working hours are 7.5 hours a day between 9:00 and 18:30, 5 days a week, with flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts as well as negotiations for 3 days a week or short working hours.
