We are recruiting front staff at a large hotel located in front of the Okinawa Prefectural Office. ■ Employment Type Contract Employee ■ Desired Language Skills - Chinese (Standard) - English - Korean - Japanese (Advanced level, mandatory N2 or higher) ■ Location Izumizaki, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture (3 minutes walk from Yui Rail "Asahibashi Station") ■ Job Description - Front reception duties such as check-in and check-out - Handling accommodation reservations via phone and internet - Data entry into the computer - Providing information at the counter and via phone ■ Qualifications - No experience required - No educational background required - Candidates with a pleasant smile - Basic computer skills - Long-term employment candidates preferred ■ Working Hours Shift system (includes early, late, and night shifts) - 7:00 to 16:00 / 8:00 to 17:00 / 13:00 to 22:00 / 14:00 to 23:00 / 22:00 to 7:00 next day / 23:00 to 8:00 next day ■ Salary Monthly salary from 156,000 yen to 184,000 yen (Hourly rate 900 yen) Bonus twice a year (based on 4.3 months, average payment amount 672,000 yen) ■ Holidays - Shift system - Complete two-day-a-week system - More than 120 annual holidays ■ Benefits - Complete social insurance - Full payment for transportation expenses - Salary increase available - Employee promotion system - Training system ■ Special Notes We welcome those who want to be active in the hotel industry.
