Required Japanese Level: - Advanced Level (Business) - N2 or higher is mandatory. Job Responsibilities: - Front reception duties including check-ins and check-outs, - Taking accommodation reservations via phone or internet, - Data entry into the computer, - Providing information over the phone or at the counter, This position allows you to utilize your language skills in English, Chinese, etc. Hospitality is important: What is vital when working in a hotel is the hospitality towards customers. To ensure all guests start the day with a smile, staff always do their best for customers. There will be thorough training after joining, so start by learning from senior staff while working. Location: - Terashimahonmachi, Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture Access: - 1-minute walk from JR Tokushima Station Working Hours: - (Early Shift) 7:00 - 16:00 / 8:00 - 17:00 - (Late Shift) 13:00 - 22:00 / 14:00 - 23:00 - (Night Shift) 22:00 - 7:00 / 23:00 - 8:00 - Actual working hours: 8 hours - Shift system - Working days and hours are negotiable Holidays: - Shift system, completely two days off per week Application Qualifications: - Completely inexperienced applicants are acceptable!
