Job Description: - Data aggregation and sales support - Registration and operation of orders in the order system - Customer data management - Confirmation of order details - Responding to inquiries from the sales department - Participation in user testing before system improvements - Communication in English within the company is required; daily conversation level English skills are essential. Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (60 minutes break) Actual working hours: 8 hours Overtime: 10 hours/month Days off: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), weekends and holidays off Application Qualifications: - No industry experience is required - Japanese: JLPT N1 (advanced level) - Must be able to use English at a daily conversation level - Practical experience with VLOOKUP Benefits: - Full transportation expenses covered - Complete social insurance - Non-smoking work environment - Many restaurants in the surrounding area, and snacks and bread are available for purchase in the office.
