Recruitment for general staff targeting new graduates across all faculties and departments. New graduates will initially learn customer service by gaining experience in operational or educational positions. Educational Position: Group learning and examination guidance for preschoolers, elementary, middle, and high school students. Operational Position: Management of kindergartens, individual tutoring classrooms, English conversation schools, and group-based learning cram schools. Administrative Position: General affairs, human resources, development, information systems, management planning, public relations, accounting, FC business consulting, support for international students, human resource introduction, human resource services, subsidiary operation support. Qualifications: - Expected to graduate from a four-year university/graduate school in March 2025, or not have social experience and graduated after March 2023. - Teacher's license and driver's license are not required (Only required for those involved in childcare to have childcare qualifications). Submission Documents: - Resume (entry sheet), proof of enrollment, proof of expected graduation or graduation certificate, health check certificate. Selection Method: - Interviews, written tests, aptitude tests, etc. Selection Location: - Headquarters and various regions. Recruitment Results: - Many universities, including the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, Osaka University, Hokkaido University, and Tohoku University, have been successful in hiring. Treatment and Working Conditions: - Starting salary: 227,500 yen for university graduates, 230,000 yen for graduate school graduates. - Includes overtime pay up to 30 minutes after the designated working hours per day (about 22,000 yen per month). - Various allowances: Commuting, position, family, overtime pay, etc. - Salary revision: once a year (in April). - Bonuses: twice a year (June and December, no payment in June for the first year). - Working hours: 13:45 to 22:00 (varies by assignment). - Holidays: 123 annual holidays, two days off per week (one weekday and Sunday).
