NISADE is seeking Guest Experience Ambassadors (GEA) for the Niseko, Rusutsu, and Furano areas. The GEA plays a vital role in ensuring guests have the best experience possible. They are the first and last points of contact for guests, creating memorable impressions. While the primary responsibility is to assist guests with their needs, GEAs must also make recommendations on activities and restaurants while being aware of ongoing promotions. Key Responsibilities - Warmly greet guests and escort them to assigned rooms, providing a quick overview of room amenities. - Assist guests with luggage and provide effective communication throughout their stay. - Log and report daily tasks to the supervisor. - Inform guests about current promotions and activities to enhance their experience. - Make restaurant reservations and assist in transportation if needed. - Support front desk operations and maintain a clean lobby area. - Answer calls and assist guests with any inquiries regarding amenities. - Ensure cleanliness in public areas, restrooms, and other facilities. - Assist with snow clearing at property entrances and balconies. - Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Salary1500 JPY/hr and up
