This is a front desk and night front desk job, requiring face-to-face conversations with customers and telephone correspondence, thus business level Japanese (Equivalent of N2) is required. PC input is necessary, so candidates should be able to read Word and Excel and understand simple kanji. Experience in restaurants is acceptable, but front desk experience is a plus. Seniors will help you with your tasks! Ask your senior if you don’t understand something. Job content includes customer service at the front desk such as check-in and check-out, answering phones, and office work including PC input. Working hours will include continuous work of day front and night front. Foreign staff are active, including people from Europe, America, Vietnam, Nepal, Taiwan, China, and the Philippines. Example of working hours includes shifts at the front desk and night front desk.
