Job Responsibilities: - Assist the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating the team for smooth operations. - Understand cleaning standards for guest rooms and common areas to train housekeeping staff effectively. - Plan daily operations and staff assignments based on the hotel workflow. - Conduct room inspections and ensure all is in order. - Manage inventory of amenities and linens; handle ordering and stock replenishment. - Collaborate with other departments (mainly front desk and maintenance) to proactively solve any issues. Ideal Candidate: - No specific educational background or age requirements. - Previous experience in hotels or condominiums is a plus. - Strong teamwork skills or leadership capability. - Personable, positive, and adept at interacting with others. - Attention to detail and dedication to the job. - Comfortable using PCs for daily operations. - Candidates without prior experience but possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
